Wicklow brewery launches new beer to mark 1916 centenary ale In celebration of the 1916 Centenary, Wicklow brewing company Wolf Brewing Company have released the latest in their India Pale Ale series which they call 'Children of the Revolution'. The limited edition ale is brewed with cascade, simcoe, columbus and amarillo hops that combine to give the IPA a citrusy flavour with grapefruit, pine and passion fruit tones.
